Role Description The Senior Bartender will work full time on-site at KOFUKU in Delhi, India, overseeing bar operations and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. Daily responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, recommending drink selections, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar area. The role involves supervising bar staff, managing inventory and stock rotation, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene,



and responsible service standards. The Senior Bartender will handle cash and POS transactions accurately, coordinate with the kitchen and service teams, and support the creation of seasonal or signature cocktails. This role also requires training junior team members, addressing guest feedback, and contributing to a positive, qualified work environment.
Qualifications
