Job Title: Accountant

Role Summary :
Trinetra Ventures is looking to hire an experienced Senior Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, GST compliance, and end-to-end accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts, statutory compliances, and financial reporting for our restaurant operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and journal entries.
Prepare and review sales, purchase, and expense invoicesEnsure timely bank and cash reconciliations.
Manage GST compliance, including:GST /TDS return filing.
Input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
GST audits and notices, if anyHandle vendor payments, expense tracking, and ledger scrutiny.




Maintain statutory records as per accounting and taxation laws.
Support management with monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Skills & Experience Required
2–3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
Strong working knowledge of:GST laws and complianceInvoicing, taxation, and bookkeeping TDS (if applicable).
Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses preferred.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
