? YOUR MISSION
You won't just be conducting PPT-based training.
You will:
✅ Train Sales & Business Development teams
✅ Conduct practical sales simulations, mock calls & role plays
✅ Improve prospecting, pitching, objection handling & closing
✅ Train employees on CRM usage and sales-process discipline
✅ Conduct LeadSquared (LSQ) training and management
✅ Ensure proper lead allocation, lead updates, follow-ups & pipeline management
✅ Train teams on maintaining accurate CRM data
✅ Improve CRM adoption and reduce lead leakage
✅ Train employees on task management,



follow-up tracking and sales funnel management
✅ Coach Team Leaders and Managers on CRM monitoring and team performance tracking
✅ Design onboarding & induction programs for new hires
✅ Identify individual skill gaps and create improvement plans
✅ Analyse sales and CRM data to identify performance gaps
✅ Conduct one-on-one coaching
✅ Build leadership development programs
✅ Measure training effectiveness through actual business outcomes
