Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a G Card Holder – Customs Clearance based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves handling day-to-day customs clearance activities, including preparing and submitting documentation to customs authorities, coordinating with CHA teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The individual will be responsible for tracking and following up on consignments,



resolving queries raised by customs or other regulatory bodies, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and clearances. The role also includes regular interaction with clients, transporters, and port officials to ensure timely clearance and delivery of cargo, as well as supporting internal teams with updates on clearance status and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Valid G Card issued by Indian Customs and proven experience in customs clearance for imports and/or exports.
Solid understanding of customs procedures, documentation (Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices, packing lists), and relevant regulations.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customs officials, port authorities, transporters, and internal operations teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to explain clearance requirements and updates to clients and colleagues.
