We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing professional who can drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth through a combination of marketing strategy, analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment, a strong understanding of growth marketing levers, and the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable business initiatives.
- Drive growth initiatives across the customer acquisition and retention funnel, with a solid focus on business and revenue outcomes.
- Analyze customer, campaign, and channel-level data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, Category, and Business teams to execute growth initiatives.




- Track and optimize key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, retention, repeat rate, and revenue contribution.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Identify customer segments and behavioral trends to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Evaluate marketing channel performance and recommend opportunities for optimization and scale.
- Use data to understand customer journeys and identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights.
- Present key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a similar role.
