We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys running ads.

Not someone who wants to make content calendars and schedule Instagram posts.

Someone who likes opening Ads Manager in the morning, figuring out why something broke, fixing tracking, launching campaigns, improving creatives, looking at numbers, and getting clients better leads.

We run lead generation campaigns for clients and are growing quickly.

There is a lot to do.

A lot of campaigns to manage.
A lot of things that occasionally break.
A lot of clients.
A lot of testing.

And honestly, that's what makes this job fun.

What you'll actually be doing

Running a lot of campaigns

You'll be setting up, launching and managing a large volume of paid social campaigns.

This means being comfortable switching between accounts, campaigns and clients without dropping the ball.

You should enjoy the operational side of performance marketing - launching things quickly, monitoring them closely and continuously improving them.

Getting clients high-quality leads

Our clients don't care about impressions, followers or engagement.





They care about leads.

Your job is to help us generate more of them, and better ones.

That means understanding the entire funnel.

And figuring out where things are going wrong when results aren't where they should be.

Fixing tracking and figuring out what broke

You'll be working with:

* Meta Ads Manager
* Pixels and conversion tracking
* Pabbly and automations
* Lead forms
* CRMs
* Integrations
* Webhooks and other tools we inevitably end up using

You don't need to be a developer.

But you should be the kind of person who sees that something isn't working and immediately starts figuring out why.

"That's not my job" will not work here.

Working directly with clients

You'll communicate with clients directly.

Giving updates. Asking for things. Explaining performance. Handling problems.

You don't need to be a salesperson.

But you do need to be confident, clear and qualified.
