This hire is a founding team member
Source and identify potential providers in target neighbourhoods
Onboard new providers — profile setup, Government guidance, listing their product
Be the primary point of contact for providers — day-to-day communication, support, and issue resolution
Retention — check in regularly, address drop-off risk, keep providers active and selling
Guide providers on packaging, pricing, and presentation standards
Track provider performance and flag inactive or at-risk providers
Run the "recent provider" launch/introduction to help them get their first sales
