The Teachief Academy is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong interest in website management, SEO, UI/UX, analytics, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and continuously improve company websites.
Identify and resolve issues related to website performance, usability, navigation, and responsiveness.
Improve UI/UX, landing pages, CTAs, user journeys, and conversion opportunities.
Implement on-page & technical SEO and monitor organic growth.
Work on website speed, mobile optimization, indexing, internal linking, and overall technical health.
Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, traffic, rankings, engagement & conversions.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve website content and digital campaigns.




Manage social media and other digital marketing initiatives.
Research competitors, recent tools, AI solutions, and emerging digital marketing trends.

Digital Marketing • SEO • Website Management • UI/UX • Google Analytics • Search Console • Content Marketing • CRO
Added advantage:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress/CMS, Core Web Vitals, website speed optimization, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), tracking & conversion tools.

Someone who is analytical, technically curious, creative, and proactive — and enjoys not only marketing a website but also improving how it looks, performs, ranks, and converts.
A relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred, but practical skills and demonstrable experience matter more than qualifications alone.
