Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader – Online Market Research to lead a team responsible for the successful execution of online market research projects. The role will be responsible for team management, project oversight, client management, quality assurance, resource planning, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers/Executives responsible for end-to-end online market research projects.
Oversee the complete project lifecycle from proposal/initiation to fieldwork, data processing, analysis, and final delivery.
Allocate projects and resources effectively, monitor team workload, and ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing project updates, and resolving escalations.
Review project plans, timelines, budgets,



and deliverables to ensure adherence to client requirements and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams including survey programming, data processing, analytics, and reporting to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including panel providers, sample suppliers, translation agencies, and other research partners.
Monitor fieldwork performance, response rates, quotas, sampling, and data quality, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Oversee quality checks across questionnaires, survey links, data, reports, and final deliverables before client submission.
Track team and project performance through regular reviews, status reports, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Identify project risks, manage escalations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and performance management.
