About The Job:
- Senior/Expert level cloud support role
- Handles AWS Project task, issues, architecture gaps & critical incidents
- Provides technical leadership & RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- L3 is the highest support tier, handling critical & Project task.

Essential Job Functions:

Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Handling
- Resolve complex AWS infrastructure/application issues
- Handle major incidents, outages, and production issues
- Perform RCA and permanent fix implementation

AWS Platform Management
- Manage AWS services: EC2,



Lambda, IAM, VPC, System Manager, Patch Management, Transit Gateway, AWS VPN, AWS Firewall, EC2 Image Builder, AWS Direct Connect, Route 53
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments (performance, cost, security)

Architecture & Engineering Support
- Design/optimize scalable and highly available AWS solutions
- Support application deployment, Glue deployment, and automation (IaC)

Security & Compliance
- Implement IAM, encryption, and network security (VPC, SG, Transit)
- Handle vulnerabilities related to WIZ for risk and misconfiguration
- Conduct security audits and compliance checks

Monitoring & Optimization
- Perform health checks, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, etc.)
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness

Collaboration & Leadership
- Guide L1/L2 engineers (SME role)
- Work with DevOps / App / Infra teams for resolution and improvements
