The Manager will lead team of 10+ on application development and support. The role is required to partner with stakeholders / clients, understand the scope of work and lead the team to deliver the desired outcomes.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in IT Delivery management
Strong Experience in managing and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Desirable experience in Document Management, Marketing & Communications
Strong technical understanding of different COTs products like Pega, Adobe and understanding of Data Frameworks, ETL
Led a team of minimum 15
Application Management or Project Management and Team Management experience of minimum 2 years
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
12–15 years of experience in Java application development and enterprise software delivery.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience leading development teams or managing technical projects.
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development.
Experience with cloud-native application development and containerization technologies.
Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and secure coding practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
