Compensation: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month (based on interview and fit)
Probation: 7 days

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven and resourceful Founder’s Office & Growth Intern to work directly with the founder of ZekiHR.
You’ll work on high-priority projects across growth, GTM, partnerships, customer research, strategy, and operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and taking ownership.
What You'll Do
Research markets, customers, competitors, and opportunities
Support GTM and growth experiments
Identify and engage potential customers and partners
Assist with outreach, partnerships,



and community-building
Work on special projects directly with the founder
Help turn ideas into actionable plans and execution
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and research skills
High ownership and ability to work independently
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
Robust problem-solving and execution mindset
Genuine interest in startups, SaaS, and building from zero
