Purpose of a Job:
To lead a pre-sales team in generating and qualifying high-potential leads for Residential Projects, building a robust sales pipeline through market outreach, site management & initial client engagement while ensuring seamless handoff to closing teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Lead and motivate the pre-sales team to generate qualified leads through proactive market outreach and channel activation.
•Oversee site management, including hosting walk-ins, virtual tours, and initial property orientations for prospects.
•Build comprehensive product knowledge within the team and ensure effective communication of Piramal Realty's project USPs to early-stage clients.
•Drive lead qualification processes, scoring, and nurturing to maximize pipeline quality and conversion to bookings.
•Facilitate client interactions, query handling, and revisit scheduling to progress leads toward sales-ready status within defined TATs.
•Monitor and optimize team follow-up cadences to boost lead-to-chance conversion ratios.
•Achieve lead volume and quality targets on a monthly,



quarterly, and annual basis, contributing to overall revenue goals.
•Cultivate and expand relationships with Customers and sales team to amplify lead inflow.
•Activate digital, events, and community channels as per Piramal Realty's growth strategies to scale the lead network.
•Ensure the team meets daily/weekly call targets, market visits, and database enrichment activities.
•Gather competitive intelligence, map micro-markets, and share insights to refine lead generation tactics.
•Enforce adherence to Piramal Realty's systems, processes, RERA compliance, and data hygiene standards.
•Promote exceptional early client experiences to foster loyalty and referrals for cross-sell potential.
•Initiate team training, performance analytics, and motivation programs to exceed pipeline targets.
