Essential Job Functions:
- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Intune and SCCM/SMS, performing root-cause analysis and implementing effective solutions for complex incidents to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a strong security posture.
- Conduct knowledge-base updates and management initiatives,



contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency while mentoring and training current analysts.
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, ensuring all technical solutions meet compliance and security mandates.
- Enhance customer experience and CSAT by improving first-call resolution rates, minimizing rejected resolutions and reopened cases, and proactively mitigating security threats.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
- Support device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.
- Create and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint policies.
- Troubleshoot SCCM/MECM client issues, software distribution failures, patching problems, inventory issues, and deployment errors.
