Job Description:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred), MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Sales & Marketing, Business development role for Bulk Material Handling Systems, Conveyors, Feeders, Trippers, Ash handling equipment.
Department: Sales & Marketing, Business Development.
Reporting To: Manager / AGM Marketing

Job Purpose:
To generate business opportunities, prepare techno-commercial proposals, coordinate with engineering and estimation teams, negotiate with customers, and secure orders for Bulk Material Handling Systems across industries such as Cement, Steel, Power, Mining, Ports, Fertilizer, Chemicals, and Process Plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify recent business opportunities and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Generate enquiries through customer visits, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.
Conduct regular market research to identify upcoming projects and tenders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.





Tendering & Proposal Management:
Review customer enquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for preparation of technical and commercial offers.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals in accordance with customer requirements.
Ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders.

Technical Sales:
Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable Bulk Material Handling solutions.
Discuss technical aspects with customers and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications.

Commercial Negotiation:
Participate in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
Finalize commercial terms including payment conditions, delivery schedules, warranties, and contractual clauses.
Work towards achieving targeted order booking while maintaining profitability.
