Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for the maintenance, support, and deployment of the EnterpriseOne global infrastructure and its operations.
- Provide JD Edwards EnterpriseOne configuration, security administration, and object management.
- Coordinate with Applications, Development, and Infrastructure team members.
- Monitor and manage EnterpriseOne performance and architecture.
- Maintain the JD Edwards systems reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
- Establish and maintain processes and procedures for implementing and maintaining the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical workplace.
- Install and maintain JD Edwards environments on AWS Cloud Platform.




- Upgrade EnterpriseOne and related components on Deployment Server and Enterprise Servers.
- Install and manage Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Application Server, EnterpriseOne JAS, Orchestrator, AIS, OVR, JD Edwards Fat Clients, and other third-party products.
- Configure OMW, perform project promotions, package builds, and deployments.
- Install and manage Business Services Server and related package deployments.
- Install and manage Real Time Event Server (EnterpriseOne Transaction Server).
- Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates, and Tools Release updates.
- Administer print queues, batch queues, performance tuning, and monitoring using SAW and Server Manager.
- Create and manage environments, path codes, and instances.
- Create and manage multi-foundation environments for testing new releases.
- Monitor EnterpriseOne jobs scheduled using Control-M.
- Troubleshoot EnterpriseOne applications and hardware.
- Provide complete and timely support for end users.
