About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion ICM Architect with extensive experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Implementation to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ICM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ICM, robust solution architecture capabilities, and hands-on experience in configuring and integrating Oracle Cloud applications.

This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence within Oracle Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.




- Design and configure compensation plans, incentive models, crediting rules, rollup hierarchies, and commission structures.
- Develop, customize, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud configurations based on business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle ICM and other Oracle Cloud applications using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to onsite and offshore teams.
- Support end-to-end project delivery including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
- Prepare architecture documents, solution design documents, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and recommend adoption of new features and best practices.
