Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms and customer visits.
- Generate qualified leads within manufacturing, warehousing and logistics industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers including Plant Heads, Production Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Operations Managers and Supply Chain teams.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Understand customer manufacturing processes and operational challenges.




- Recommend suitable Pick-to-Light, Industrial IoT and Smart Factory solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.

Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing customers to understand future requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Sales Planning & Reporting
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate chance and customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts and visit plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market
