Qualifications:
- Experience in Nexthink Collector Packaging, Agent roll-out, Platform setup
- Nexthink Integration experience with AD, SSO, Jira/ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbot, etc.
- Experience in creating customer specific Dashboards, Alerts, Application Experience, Campaigns, Remote Actions and Digital Experience.
- Proficient in NQL.
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data from Nexthink.
- Ability to understand where, what and How to improve the DEX score.
- Ability to present Nexthink findings and Value Add to customer on a periodic basis.
- Proficient in Windows PowerShell Scripting with a minimum L2 level
- Experience with automating tasks and processes using PowerShell including working with AD and windows components.
- Robust Windows knowledge.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication & collaboration skill to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
