Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (7.x)
- Proficiency in Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio
- Experience with Citrix Cloud, FSLogix, profile management, and GPO configurations
- Strong understanding of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
Shift Timing:
- shifts :
24/7 – 3 shift model
- Shift I - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST, Shift II - 13:00 AM to 22:00 PM IST.
