Developing new features on Appian as per the acceptance criteria, identifying bottlenecks and
bugs in automation code, and design solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Hands-on expert experience on working with BPM tools specifically Appian. Working cross
functionally with other relevant Barclays technology and/or vendor teams
Participating in daily sprint meetings to coordinate development efforts
Great communication to interact with users and problem-solving skills, and a valuable team player
