About The Job:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director Client Services & Delivery to lead our Domestic Staffing business .This leadership role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, managing key enterprise client relationships, owning business performance, and leading large recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Domestic Staffing,



MSP program management, P&L; ownership, client relationship management, operational excellence, and people leadership. This role requires a highly motivated leader who can develop scalable delivery strategies, ensure superior client satisfaction, and contribute to the organization's long-term growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise MSP accounts, ensuring SLA, KPI, TAT, and quality targets are achieved.
- Build and manage robust relationships with clients and MSP partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team of 40+ members.
- Own business performance, including P&L;, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
- Drive high-volume hiring, process improvements, and service delivery excellence.
