About The Job:
- SharePoint Administrators are responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting SharePoint systems in a global environment. They perform troubleshooting for complex SharePoint systems and Integrations with other Services etc.
- Also Support day-to-day aspects SharePoint Online, 2016 / 2019, Microsoft Office 365 Products, OneNote, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams and Yammer.

Essential Job Functions:
- Meet the Service Now SLA and QOS level
- Working on Escalation and complex SharePoint support cases




- Co-ordinate with other teams like L1L2, Forensics, Cyber, Design on escalation
- Migration Tool Knowledge ( SPO to SPO, SPS to SPO)
- Update the knowledge base and team documentation
- Creation of SharePoint Sites, Permission assignment and Troubleshooting
- Recovery of information and configuring compliances etc.

· ​​​​Qualifications:
- Positive understanding of Microsoft 365 Groups, Planner, Loop, Clipchamp, Entra ID. s
- Expert knowledge in IIS Components.
- Responsible for establishing and/or maintaining end user access policy and permissions.
- Basic knowledge on SQL Server / Active directory services
- Good Understanding on DNS & Load balancer concepts
- In-depth Knowledge in SharePoint ULS logs / Network Monitoring / Fiddler / IIS logs .
- Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all IIS web servers and software.
