Trainee - StoresJob Description
JOB OVERVIEW: The Trainee – Stores is responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing as per SOP and cGMP guidelines.



The role involves preparing GRNs, quarantine labels, and stock register entries, coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting, and maintaining daily records such as area cleaning, temperature/RH, and balance verification.

INTERNAL KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Production (Synthesis + Pharma) Team, Quality Assurance Team, Quality Control Team, Engineering Department, etc. (As per the requirement of the allocated task)

EXTERNAL KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Auditors, Suppliers/Vendors, etc. (As per the requirement of the allocated task)

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Manager

QUALIFICATION: B.Sc. (Chemistry).

EXPERIENCE (No of Years): 0-1 years

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Basic understanding of Stores operations, material handling, and inventory management.
Knowledge of cGMP practices, SOP compliance, and documentation requirements in a pharmaceutical setting.
