About The Job:
- The Third-Party Operations Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and coordinating projects delivered by external vendors and contractors (TASK and Vendor).
- This position ensures smooth execution of project setup, financial tracking, risk management, and compliance while supporting operational excellence across the third-party ecosystem.

Essential Job Functions:
Project Coordination & Setup
- Initiate and set up projects from the Statement of Work (SOW) queue, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Establish and monitor monthly milestones for revenue and costs; maintain accurate forecasts.
- Validate project financial details in PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and ensure timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements (SOWs, agreements, Schedule A).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to time entry, invoicing, and project engagement.
- Collaborate with Finance to set up vendor profiles and manage billing processes.
Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third-party engagements, including information security, compliance, and financial health.
- Ensure adherence to vendor risk management policies and maintain documentation for audits and assessments.
Financial & Billing Administration
- Capture and reconcile billable hours for monthly invoicing; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Review and approve contractor invoices bi-monthly; prepare month-end invoicing instructions for Finance.
