About Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments is a Merchant of Record platform built for developers. Software companies, AI tools and creator platforms use us to sell globally without building their own payments, tax and compliance stack. We take on the payment liability, the global tax filings and the merchant of record obligations so our customers can ship products instead of paperwork. We are early, we are growing fast, and the people who join now build the playbook rather than inherit it.

What this role actually is
This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. From week three you will be talking to real founders and engineering leaders about how they take money from customers. You will find the companies worth talking to, get them on a call, run the first conversation yourself, and hand a qualified opportunity to an Account Executive.
You will also be the face of Dodo on camera. Short-form content, founder interviews, product explainers. If you have never made a reel before, that is fine. If you refuse to be on camera, this is not the role.

What you will do
● Find companies that fit Dodo, using LinkedIn,



X, Product Hunt, GitHub, Reddit, review
sites and competitor customer lists
● Reach out cold, over email, LinkedIn and X DMs, and get them to book a call
● Run first discovery calls: understand what they sell, where they sell it, what payments stack they use today and what it is costing them
● Hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives with clean notes and context
● Chase follow-ups so deals do not die in silence
● Create short-form video and written content for Dodo’s social channels
● Interview happy customers and turn those into case studies and clips
● Keep the CRM accurate, because decisions get made off it

Requirements
● Final-year student or recent graduate, any discipline
● You can hold a conversation with someone ten years senior to you without freezing
● Transparent written and spoken English
● Comfortable on camera, or willing to get comfortable fast
