• Configure SAP processes and support portal integration for Sales and Manufacturing functions.
• Provide day-to-day functional support to Business Units operating across multiple SAP modules.
• Assist in the development and rollout of new functionalities within the company’s SAP landscape.
• Work closely with various functions, provide digital solutions for process simplification, create business requirement document (BRD), liaison with IT for the development.
• Manage the business definition and profile of users on portal, access rights and data integrity.
• Collaborate with TechOps IT Project Management teams on portal integration projects for Sales & Manufacturing.
• Identify and support IT-related improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain domain.
• Work closely with business end users to deliver accurate Sales Reporting and Analysis.
• Support cutover activities and implementation of supply planning solutions for various business units
Years of Expereince - 5 to 8 Years’ experience
Nature of Experience - To provide support to Business Units that operate the various SAP Modules in Supply Chain
Qualification - Any Graduate / BE with MBA will be added advantage
