- Role: Business Analyst – Shipping & Maritime Domain

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document shipping and maritime business processes.
- Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, and user stories.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT teams.
- Support UAT, change management, software releases, and deployment.
- Work with Maritime ERP systems, Vessel Management Systems (VMS), Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), Port Community Systems (PCS), Cargo Tracking Platforms, and related solutions.
- Analyze operational KPIs such as vessel turnaround time, port stay duration, freight costs, fleet utilization, and on-time delivery.

Required Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Shipping/Maritime domain expertise.
- Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel.
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and API integration concepts.
