About The Job:
- Part of Video Conferencing & Communication Services (VCS) within Unified Communication Services (UCS).
- Responsible for managing Oracle ECB, Oracle SBC and related telephony infrastructure supporting global operations.
- Support global telephony infrastructure in a 24x7 environment including weekend on-call support.
- Manage Oracle ECB, SBC and related integrations.
- Participate in global project deliveries, site commissioning and decommissioning activities.




- Ensure operational stability and service continuity of communication platforms.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Oracle SBC, Oracle ECB and voice protocol administration.
- Troubleshooting expertise on Oracle SBC and ECB platforms.
- Basic knowledge of networking and security technologies.
- Strong experience with IP Telephony systems and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SBC/ECB configuration, Wireshark and Oracle EOM.
- Knowledge of SIP, RTP, TDM, ISDN, UDP, TCP, TLS, SNMP, Radius, LDAP, DHCP, DNS and HTTPS.
- Expert-level troubleshooting and packet-level network analysis.
- Good understanding of SIP RFC 3261.
- Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, WINS and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a highly governed banking setting.
- Adhere to Incident, Change and Problem Management standards.
- Maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders.
