BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Operations to oversee

and streamline the end-to-end operational functions across all our campuses in Hyderabad. The

ideal candidate will be from an engineering background with strong leadership skills, experience

in handling multi-functional operations, and the ability to drive operational excellence while

ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high service standards. The candidate should

preferably have experience in handling logistics & transport, vehicle management, purchase

management, office maintenance, vendor management, Client handling and Kitchen

maintenance. He/she could be from industries namely – Manufacturing, Hospitality & Education.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)

Operations Management

 Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple campuses.

 Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs.

 Ensure smooth functioning of all support services and administrative activities.

 Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.

Procurement & Vendor Management

 Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

 Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

 Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Facility & Infrastructure Management

 Manage maintenance of buildings, classrooms, kitchens, vehicles, and campus

infrastructure.

 Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followe
