The role will partner closely with the Leadership Team, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR functions to identify growth opportunities, improve operational effectiveness, and support the development and execution of business strategies aligned with Skechers India's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
- Support the development and execution of short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business performance across retail, wholesale, e-commerce,



and marketplace channels.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging market trends impacting the business.
- Develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Assist in annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.

Business Insights & Performance Management
- Establish and manage business performance dashboards and KPIs across functions.
- Analyze sales performance, product productivity, store profitability, customer trends, and channel effectiveness.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Generate periodic business reviews and executive presentations for leadership discussions.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers influencing business outcomes.
