Essential Job Functions:
- Data Ingestion & Integration: Build and manage real-time and batch data pipelines using HVR or Fivetran to extract data from diverse source systems.
- Ensure data freshness, reliability, and consistency across ingestion workflows.
- Data Transformation & Modeling: Use SQL, Coalesce, and Snowflake stored procedures to implement modular, reusable, and well-documented transformation logic.
- Develop and maintain dimensional models, data marts, and semantic layers optimized for analytics and BI.
- Workflow Orchestration:



Develop and maintain Airflow DAGs to schedule and monitor ETL/ELT jobs.
- Integrate stored procedures into orchestration workflows for complex logic and automation.
- Provide operational support for Snowflake environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and jobs.
- Handle user access requests and permissions.
- Handle minor code changes and small projects
- Replay data pipelines to resolve issues
- Assist with incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting Snowflake.
- Familiarity with SQL and data operations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work in a follow-the-sun support model.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
