The role in one line

You are one of the first clinical faces patients meet. You consult with new enquiries and walk-ins, help them understand their treatment, and work side by side with our patient-conversion team to guide them to the right treatment plan.

What this role really is

Most patients want to understand their problem before committing. You give them that: a genuine, unhurried consultation and a clear, honest explanation of what's going on and what it will take to fix it. You are not selling — you are building understanding and trust.



Our patient-conversion team handles scheduling, options, and the commercial side, so you can stay focused on the patient and the clinical picture.

Key responsibilities

1. Clinical — patient consultation & routine dentistry
- Consult with patients (new enquiries and walk-ins); record chief complaint, take history, perform clinical examination, arrive at a provisional diagnosis.
- Advise and interpret basic investigations (IOPA / OPG / CBCT) as needed.
- Perform routine clinical procedures within your competence (scaling, restorations, simple extractions).
- Identify treatment needs and explain them clearly and honestly.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and ensure informed consent is documented for every procedure.

2. Treatment coordination & conversion
- Translate clinical findings into straightforward, patient-friendly language — what's wrong, why it needs treatment, and why this clinic is the right place to do it.
