Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants on various job portals and vendor networks.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and vendors.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors for requirements.
- Submit consultants to suitable job opportunities.
- Maintain robust relationships with vendors and clients.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements.

Requirements:
- 6 Months - 5 Years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of the US IT Staffing market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
