1. Key Responsibilities

A. Tender Identification & Management
- Search, shortlist, and collect tenders related to IT hardware, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity from GeM, MahaTenders, and other e-procurement portals.
- Maintain an updated repository of login credentials, OEM authorizations, portal access files, and renewal schedules.
- Keep track of subscription portals and ensure timely renewals.

B. Tender Document Evaluation
- Thoroughly review tender documents including scope of work, technical specifications, terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, and financial norms.
- Identify qualification feasibility, assess risks, and prepare risk matrix for internal approval.
- Coordinate with OEMs to obtain authorization, product specifications, datasheets, compliance sheets, and pricing.

C. Pre-Bid Activities
- Prepare pre-bid queries and submit them before deadlines.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and document responses/clarifications.
- Update internal teams with critical changes or clarifications received from clients.

D. Bid Preparation & Submission




- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Ensure 100% accuracy, compliance, and timely upload of documents on tender portals.
- Create L1 / Direct Buy Links for buyers on GeM and assist them in bid creation.
- Provide complete tender specifications to buyers to facilitate bid publishing.
- Follow up for EMD & Security Deposit payments and refunds.

E. Client Coordination & Meetings
- Attend pre-bid, post-bid, and technical negotiation meetings as required.
- Provide required details to clients and buyers for tender scrutiny (technical/financial evaluation).
- Coordinate with OEM, sales, and technical team for timely responses.

F. Post-Bid & Award Stage Activities
- Track tender status from floating stage up to award of work.
- Prepare representations for deviations in technical or commercial terms to improve winning probability.
- Study and verify LOA/LOI/Work Orders for any devi
