What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience managing retail stores, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or other
high-footfall retail environments.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer
experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for developing people, solving challenges, and delivering operational excellence.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
