Automatrix Global is introducing FlexiShield USA to the Indian market, with an initial focus on Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and subsequently the wider South Indian market.
FlexiShield offers a premium portfolio of Paint Protection Films (PPF), Colored PPF and Automotive Window Films, designed for the premium automotive protection and customization segment.
With high product quality, robust international positioning and competitive pricing for the Indian market, FlexiShield will be positioned to compete with prominent global and established players operating in India’s premium automotive-film industry.
We are looking for an experienced, highly networked and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can play a key role in establishing and scaling the FlexiShield dealer network in India.
THE ROLE
This is not a conventional sales position.
The role requires extensive outdoor sales activity and direct engagement with:
- PPF installers
- Premium car-detailing studios
- Automotive window-film dealers
- Car-accessory businesses
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch and develop FlexiShield within the assigned territory.
- Identify, approach and onboard high-potential automotive-film and PPF dealers.
- Establish a strong network of active and productive dealers.
- Develop key accounts capable of generating significant recurring monthly volumes.
- Conduct regular market visits, dealer meetings and product presentations.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, trials and technical presentations.
- Develop business across PPF, Colored PPF, Window Films and other automotive-film categories.
- Generate consistent monthly turnover through new business development and repeat dealer orders.
- Build strong long-term relationships with dealers, installers and automotive businesses.
