Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations at a resort, ensuring the smooth execution of weddings, conferences, parties, corporate events, and other functions while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise banquet events and functions.
- Manage banquet staff, assign duties, and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service, housekeeping, and event-sales teams.
- Ensure proper setup of tables, seating arrangements, décor, equipment, and service areas.
- Supervise food and beverage service and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and ensure staff are prepared for each function.
- Handle guest requirements, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth and timely service.
- Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements and special arrangements.
- Monitor banquet costs, wastage, and resource utilization.




- Ensure compliance with resort standards, hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
- Prepare event reports and provide regular operational updates to management.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant banquet experience in a resort, hotel, or hospitality environment is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
