About the Role

This is not a regular internship. As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the CEO on day-to-day operations, business development, hiring, and strategy. No two days will be the same one day you're running a hiring round, the next you're building a pitch deck or managing social media. If you want to learn how a startup actually runs from the inside, this is the role.

What You'll Do

Operations & Coordination
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day business operations and execution
- Track tasks, follow up on pending items,



and ensure things don't fall through the cracks

Digital Marketing
- Manage Pavo Ads' social media presence — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Create and schedule content using Canva
- Assist in GMB management, website updates, and SEO activities
- Track analytics and share weekly performance reports

Hiring & HR Support
- Post job openings on various portals — Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna
- Draft offer letters, rejection mails, and onboarding communications

Research & Business Development
- Conduct market research — competitors, pricing, industry trends
- Identify potential retail partners and brand clients for outreach
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as required

Miscellaneous
- Whatever the business needs — you figure it out and get it done

Who We're Looking For

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience — any background welcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
