ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support business development activities to identify and evaluate new management and franchising opportunities under the guidance of the Business Development Director.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations, and support the negotiation and finalisation of management and franchising agreements.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the Indian hospitality market.
- Assist in conducting basic financial feasibility studies and investment analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, consultants, designers, architects, engineers, and governmental entities.
