Provide accurate information about products, usage instructions, ingredients, and order status.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order tracking and customer support.
- Maintain customer records.
- Follow up with customers regarding feedback, repeat orders, and satisfaction levels.
- Assist customers with returns, replacements, and refund procedures as per company policy.
- Educate customers about product perks while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain a positive brand image through professional communication.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
