ABOUT CASA EXOTIQUE

Casa Exotique is a luxury architecture, interior design & design-build studio creating bespoke residential, hospitality and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong technical and project-management skills to work closely with the Founder and drive projects from Design → BOQ → Procurement → Execution → Quality Control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project planning, coordination and execution
- Coordinate Design, BOQ, Procurement, Vendors & Site teams
- Prepare, review and validate BOQs & quantity take-offs:
- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and vendor/shop drawings
- Ensure drawing accuracy, revisions, specifications and technical QA/QC
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution, quality and workmanship
- Identify technical issues, risks, delays and potential rework
- Coordinate contractors, vendors and procurement requirements
- Track project deliverables, issues and closures
- Prepare concise project updates and actionable reports for the Founder

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualification:



B.Arch / B.E. Civil; MBA in Construction/Project Management preferred.

Experience: 4-5 years in architecture/interiors, construction management, site execution, BOQ, drawing coordination and project management.

Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, high-end commercial or design-build projects is preferred.

MANDATORY SKILLS

AutoCAD | MS Excel | BOQ & Quantity Take-offs | Construction Drawings | Architectural Detailing | Site Execution | Drawing Coordination | Quality Control

Valuable to have: Revit, MEP Coordination, Project Management Software, Cost Estimation, ERP/MIS.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and hands-on, comfortable with drawings, Excel, BOQs, construction sites, contractors and management—and capable of identifying problems and proposing solutions.
