Renuka Engineering is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth across Jharkhand and Bihar for our range of Engines, Water Pumps, Agricultural Equipment, and Generator-related products.

This role requires extensive travel across Jharkhand and Bihar to develop dealer networks, generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Our journey began in 1996 with trading of engine spare parts. In 2006, we expanded into manufacturing Engines and Water Pumps under our flagship brand, GOODWILL.

Our product portfolio includes 1.4 HP to 4 HP Engines and Water Pumps. We specialize in manufacturing Petrol, Kerosene, and Diesel Engines. All our products are BIS-approved and manufactured in accordance with Indian Standards (IS).

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities across assigned territories in Jharkhand (Majority) and Bihar.
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell Engines, Water Pumps, Agricultural Equipment, and Generator-related products.
- Build robust relationships with dealers, retailers, farmers, contractors, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer awareness activities.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence reports, and territory updates.
