LUCRIA Consultis expanding its global finance operations, and we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist to support our US and UK clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in international bookkeeping, compliance, and client communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE:
- Daily bookkeeping, ledger posting, and bank/vendor reconciliations
- Preparation and support for US LLC and UK company compliance filings
- Collection, validation, and organization of financial documents
- Tracking client deliverables, follow-ups, and coordination of statutory timelines
- Support for internal audits, documentation, and cross-functional finance tasks

WHO YOU ARE:
You’re structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers. You communicate clearly, work responsibly with deadlines, and bring a learning mindset to a quick-paced, international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong spoken and written English for direct client interaction




- Practical knowledge of Excel (vlookups, filters, formatting, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple tasks
- Professional discipline, reliability, and high ownership
- PREFFERED (Good-to-Have)_:
- Internship or project exposure in accounting, bookkeeping, or client servicing
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Tally
- Basic understanding of reconciliations and financial documentation
- Comfort working with US/UK timezone coordination and compliance-driven workflows

ROLE DETAILS:
Location:Chandigarh (Full-time, in-office)

Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years preferred

Compensation: 15,000 - 22,000 monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
