Position - Purchase Manager

Qualification - Related degree

Experience - Min 4 to 5 year experinece into Purchase Department

Location - LED Square Nagpur

Salary - 30k to 35k PM

Note - Immediately joiner preferable

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete purchase and procurement activities for fire fighting projects.

Understand project BOQs, specifications, approved makes and material requirements.

Source and procure MS/GI/HDPE/CPVC pipes, fittings, valves, fire pumps, jockey pumps, controllers, sprinkler systems, hydrant equipment, fire alarm & detection materials and other MEP/fire protection items.

Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors, manufacturers, distributors and OEMs.

Develop recent vendors for specialized and project-specific materials.

Float RFQs and obtain quotations from multiple suppliers.

Prepare detailed comparative statements (CST) and evaluate commercial as well as technical offers.





Negotiate prices, payment terms, credit period, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.

Negotiate with manufacturers/OEMs for better rates and project-specific pricing.

Prepare and release Purchase Orders as per approved requirements and commercial terms.

Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Site, Stores, Accounts and Management teams for procurement planning.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.

Regularly follow up with vendors for pending orders, dispatches, shortages and delayed materials.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
