Job Summary
Premier Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Sourcing with strong Real Estate experience in Channel Partner Management and Business Development.
Real Estate Channel Partner experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Sourcing
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners, property consultants, and brokers.
- Build and expand the company's Channel Partner network.
- Develop long-term business relationships with Channel Partners.
- Conduct regular meetings, calls, and interactions with Channel Partners.
- Identify active and high-performing partners in the market.
Partner Engagement
- Regularly communicate with Channel Partners regarding projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Share project updates, marketing materials, price lists, and other sales information.
- Conduct partner meetings and project presentations.
- Maintain regular engagement to generate consistent business.
Business Generation
- Generate qualified property leads through Channel Partners.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handling and site visits.
- Track leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions generated through each partner.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing partners.
- Develop strategies to improve Channel Partner productivity.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain an updated Channel Partner database.
