- Training delivery to sales team members of below topics across geographies.
1) CPCB-II, CPBC-IV+ Gensets in mechanical & electrical.
2) Training on Genset panels
3) Battery Energy Storage Solutions
4) Behavioral trainings
- Collaboration with internal stake holders - engineering, publications, central technical support, quality & sales - service functions of different verticals.
- Collaboration with external stake holders - OEMs, dealers
- Training on HKVA & HHVA Gensets
- Skill Assessment of sales & marketing field team.
- Training module & content development.
- Management of Learning Management System (Update & monitor).
- Training record & analysis on effectiveness.
