About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive - SFO (Small Fleet Operator) Program to build and scale our network of small fleet operators in Bangalore.

The role will be responsible for identifying fleet owners and vehicle operators, pitching our vehicle rental/fleet program, negotiating commercials, onboarding vehicles in bulk, and ensuring successful activation and utilization of the fleet.

This is a highly field-oriented, target-driven role and is best suited for someone who has worked with fleet owners, transporters, EV operators, logistics partners, 3PLs, delivery partners or vehicle rental/leasing businesses.

Key Responsibilities1. Fleet Owner Acquisition
- Identify and build a robust pipeline of Small Fleet Operators (SFOs), fleet owners, transporters and vehicle aggregators across Bangalore.
- Develop relationships with owners operating multiple 2W, 3W, 4W or commercial vehicles.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, industry networks, market mapping, cold calling and local partnerships.




- Identify high-potential fleet clusters and micro-markets for targeted acquisition.
- Conduct regular field visits to fleet yards, transport hubs, logistics parks and operator locations.

2. Bulk Vehicle Rental / Fleet Onboarding
- Pitch the company's vehicle rental / leasing / fleet deployment proposition to fleet operators.
- Understand the operator's fleet size, vehicle type, utilization, financing status and deployment requirements.
- Drive bulk vehicle onboarding from initial discussion through documentation and activation.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, documentation, verification, contract execution and deployment.
- Ensure committed vehicles are activated within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with operations, finance, fleet and service teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks.

3. Commercial Negotiation
- Negotiate rental rates, commercial terms, deposits, tenure, utilization commitments and other operator-level commercials.
