HR Intern - BPO Recruitment

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week
Stipend: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment consultancy and support bulk hiring for BPO/Customer Support roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets

Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR
- Freshers and HR/MBA students can apply
- Must have a laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Do you have experience in volume or bulk hiring for bpo customer service etc
- Are you ok with 8k to 10k stipend plus incentives and internship letter after 3 months
- Are you ability to learn recruitment fast and result oriented

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
- Bpo hiring : 1 year (preferred)
- Bulk hiring : 1 year (preferred)
- Volume hiring : 1 year (preferred)
- Calling and scheduling interviews : 1 year (preferred)

Language:
- Good English (preferred)
