Position title: Project Engineer

Location: Europe time zone preferable

Working model: Remote

Assignment Duration: 6 months

Assignment Level: Mid-Level (this is not a senior role)

Overview

This position will work closely with the Sector OT Service and Solutions Manager in OT Compliance activities.

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about the software, standards, technologies, and applications commonly used in OT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify the technical characteristics of the systems involved in the OT inventory and compliance project.
2. Support the sites with compliance activities, including
3. Application registration in LeanIX
4. GxP Classification
5. Data Retention Classification
6. Information Classification
7. Service Offering and Service Instance Registration in ServiceNow
8. Contact the sites to review information regarding compliance activities.
9. Back report activity progress proactively.
10. Create reports to support the activity planning.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application compliance initiatives.

Skills:

1. Positive overall knowledge of OT and industrial network layers.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.



This position requires direct contact with the end users multiple times a day.
3. Well-versed in IT/OT integration architecture.
4. Ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
5. Skilled in using MS Office and SharePoint for data analysis (generation of reports).
6. Basic understanding of Computer System Validation concepts.
7. Knowledge of ITIL is desirable

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in automation or 5 years of experience with a Master s degree.
3. Previous experience in implementing or supporting OT systems.
